Black History Month is a key time to celebrate not only the struggles and successes of Black communities, but also the richness that cultural sharing brings to our community.
My colleagues on the council and I, alongside many local organizations, are committed to promoting inclusion, equality, and a true sense of belonging for all.
This month is an opportunity to strengthen our bonds and promote the importance of respect.
I invite you to participate in this month’s events, to share and celebrate together the cultural richness that is LaSalle’s strength.
